When you book a room at Hotel Zeezicht, we rely on clear mutual agreements. In our general terms and conditions, you can read what to expect from us and what we ask of you. This way, we ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay together at the Harlingen harbour.
At Hotel Zeezicht Harlingen, we value transparency. That’s why we apply the Uniform Hospitality Conditions (UVH), drawn up by Koninklijke Horeca Nederland. These terms and conditions apply to all our reservations, agreements, and services. Below we explain the most important points.
The Uniform Hospitality Conditions (UVH) apply to all agreements with Hotel Zeezicht. You can download these conditions via www.khn.nl.
A reservation is binding once confirmed by us via email or in writing. Additional conditions may apply to group bookings.
You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. For cancellations after that or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge fees in accordance with the UVH. Different cancellation policies apply to group bookings.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Check-out must take place before 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
Payment must be made in advance or upon arrival. We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. For businesses and groups, payment by invoice is possible if agreed upon in advance.
Hotel Zeezicht is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Use of facilities is at your own risk.
We kindly ask you to respect our house rules. In cases of serious nuisance or misconduct, we reserve the right to deny access or terminate the stay prematurely.
If you have a complaint during your stay, please report it immediately at our reception. We will do our utmost to find an appropriate solution together.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Leeuwarden.
